RecommendedMy dad is a resident there. The staff are wonderful to him. The have told me numerous of times how they love him and he loves them.

I could not be their for the gratitude tonight. but I thank you from the bottom of my heart. you all rock. your saving lives if our elders I salute you all. thank you again. your truly amazing people who have put your lives on the line for these people . and no patients have gotten this. your amazing . great work.
My father was there for about a year prior to his passing. They treated him and me with respect and compassion. He loved his nurses and aides. I will forever be grateful for the way they treated Dad.
Sadly one would think that the employees would be compassionate! We had a death in the family, that an employee is a half sister. So the employee and family doesn't have the money to bury him . So she resorts to cremation . Lidia-Beth decides to take a picture of the receipt and sends it to the girl friend of 15 years of the deceased. How cruel is this ? Just wondering how long it takes to get someone admitted to Laurel Heights, how many years.
I work there and it is an awesome place to work. The management treats us fairly and respects us. Our hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. Joy Marsee s the DON now, and the best DON I have ever worked with. She is fair, honest, and don't have "favorites". Everyone is equal. I work with some of the best in the business and it is a family atmosphere. Like I said, I love it.
