Too many problems with the unit. They show you one thing and get the opposite STAY AWAY from here . They say that a picture is worth a thousand words well here is a few thousand words
Been living here since last year and had an AMAZING landlord at the time who was very lenient and understanding when it came to rent but unfortunately she moved to a different location, now we have a new landlord who is more stricter when it comes to rent despite me explaining to her my payment dates and that I’m waiting on my taxes to hit to pay off the rest which really wouldn’t be a lot once I make my regular payments. Maintenance is a joke. G&B property management have a lawsuits going on for the unethical practice AROUND maintenance! To bring concerns to maintenance just for them to laugh in your face is ridiculous basically saying they can’t help you is crazy. 1- have maintenance that takes care of the issue the first time or I will just call the city inspectors!! It should never have to get to that extent!
Kadejha is a fantastic property manager. My girls just rented their first apartment, and if it weren't for her we'd be looking at other places. She has stayed on top of all repairs needed and making sure the complex stays safe and clean. This place has bad reviews from previous property managers, but since Kadejha started there (a little over a month ago), things have improved dramatically. She's professional, kind and motivated to turn this complex around.
