Our management and maintenance are working everyday to enhance our experience here as tenants. They are actively working on the property and fixing issues that arise. I could not ask for better people to work with to make my families home better.
Collin has been amazing and extremely attentive! If you need something fixed he's the guy!
Ive lived here for 6 months and all the issues we have been trying to get fixed through G&B maintenance in that time frame got fixed in just 2 hours by Colin, hes quick, skilled and incredibly polite. Genuinely cannot praise him enough thank you again !!
Laurel Heights Apartments is under New Management and it's a Great experience. The Office staff and the Maintenance Man 'Colin' goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your apartment. He is very professional and he makes sure he gets the repairs done asap.
I moved in on the 1st of August. They changed property management soon after. I had no hot water nor shower head. Collin was diligent in getting things up & running in a quick manner. I really appreciate his professionalism.
