if i could give them zero stars i would. i have been begging for a second window unit for months after my central AC went out and they only gave me ONE WINDOW UNIT for a two bedroom apartment in the Texas summer, mind you, this is after their own maintenance told me the reason my central AC could not cool my apartment past 79 sometimes was due to how hot it is outside, my unit being upstairs, and the sun directly hitting my apartment roof. Don’t do it!
Too many problems with the unit. They show you one thing and get the opposite STAY AWAY from here . They say that a picture is worth a thousand words well here is a few thousand words
Been living here since last year and had an AMAZING landlord at the time who was very lenient and understanding when it came to rent but unfortunately she moved to a different location, now we have a new landlord who is more stricter when it comes to rent despite me explaining to her my payment dates and that I’m waiting on my taxes to hit to pay off the rest which really wouldn’t be a lot once I make my regular payments. Maintenance is a joke. G&B property management have a lawsuits going on for the unethical practice AROUND maintenance! To bring concerns to maintenance just for them to laugh in your face is ridiculous basically saying they can’t help you is crazy. 1- have maintenance that takes care of the issue the first time or I will just call the city inspectors!! It should never have to get to that extent!
