Please don't move here. If you are currently living here, run for your life. I am fed up with the management, the company, and the lack of maintenance—you name it. They will leave you to freeze in the cold, overcharge you for laundry, and force you to live with faulty appliances for months. On top of the bed bugs, there are now even gunshots being fired on the property. Avoid this place at all costs.
The management is terrible. The person working there should be fired — they have no manners, which is unacceptable for someone in that position. There’s also a complete lack of communication.
The management here is absolutely unacceptable. Even though we had informed them that we would be moving out in the evening, one of their staff members came in and spoke to us in an extremely loud and rude manner, saying, “Hello, what’s this? Go out.” We had paid the full month’s rent, and according to their own policy, tenants are entitled to stay until midnight on the 30th.
