I wanted to add these photos, however, in using my grandsons account. This is the courtyard in the back between the buildings. Playground, the white posted view is the backside of the office. Has sidewalk trails, that go all around on the inside and outside of the buildings. Great for kids riding bikes, grown-ups walking. Basketball court, and his views of the mountains when looking to the West from the property.
It's slightly run down but it only adds to the charm the rustic display of townhomes gives off the vibe of a friendly spooky neighborhood in the sims 😄
Quiet, peaceful. Operated by Northern Valley Catholic Social Services. And they are a very well-known and respected agency in this area. The apartments were built in 2000. They aren't new, but they are well kept, you can expect the normal wear and tear. Pets are allowed with approval as service animals. So don't let that deter you. Townhouses, I love them! Forgot as it had been a while I forgot to BRING FANS! bring fans for upstairs, because in the summer, it's catus are blooming and scorpions mating upstairs, and downstairs... read more
