I love living here. Its quite decent. Also some of the neighbors are nice 😀😀😀😀 ive lived here 2 years ago then I decided to move back here for me to get my own place by myself and its actually great. The landlord is also pretty nice too glad I made the choice on moving here. Great neighbors. Close to work also close to where I gotta go shopping. And also closer to meet up with friends 😀😀😀😀
First off when you try to call maintenance he will not answer the phone and if you call 2x he will say your harassing him even the landlord. The landlord also have her favorite people that are her pets that get away with stuff than there are noisy neighbors that don’t care about being a nuisance to others and screaming psychically at there kids and fighting. My family has resided here for almost 10 years. It's terrible to reside. They don't fix anything and you have really noisy neighbors. Lately, the lock safe doors are broken. There are people doing paraphernalia and nothing is done about it. These buildings were actually built in the 1940s NOT the 1990s. They should be condemned. There have had so many bed bug issues, fleas, cockroaches, picnic bugs, stink bugs galore, need I go on.. it is also NOT a SMOKE FREE environment as they say when management is gone.
