We recently went through the application process of applying for an apartment. We received a tour shortly after initially applying. Our information from the applications was the verified and cleared.We were told we were approved & to put in our 30 day notice, as they did not want the apartment open unrented for too long. I love living here. Its quite decent. Also some of the neighbors are nice 😀😀😀😀 ive lived here 2 years ago then I decided to move back here for me to get my own place by myself and its actually great. The landlord is also pretty nice too glad I made the choice on moving here. Great neighbors. Close to work also close to where I gotta go shopping. And also closer to meet up with friends 😀😀😀😀
First off when you try to call maintenance he will not answer the phone and if you call 2x he will say your harassing him even the landlord. The landlord also have her favorite people that are her pets that get away with stuff than there are noisy neighbors that don’t care about being a nuisance to others and screaming psychically at there kids and fighting.
