First off when you try to call maintenance he will not answer the phone and if you call 2x he will say your harassing him even the landlord. The landlord also have her favorite people that are her pets that get away with stuff than there are noisy neighbors that don’t care about being a nuisance to others and screaming psychically at there kids and fighting. My family has resided here for almost 10 years. It's terrible to reside. They don't fix anything and you have really noisy neighbors. Lately, the lock safe doors are broken. There are people doing paraphernalia and nothing is done about it. These buildings were actually built in the 1940s NOT the 1990s. They should be condemned. There have had so many bed bug issues, fleas, cockroaches, picnic bugs, stink bugs galore, need I go on.. it is also NOT a SMOKE FREE environment as they say when management is gone. wouldn't want to rent from them again they have BED BUGS there wouldn't trust that place at all

Do not rent from this place. Will not get deposit back no matter how clean the place is after you move out (and aparently their is a move out fee too). No upkeep or new appliances even though they raise the rent every year. Not to mention a mice problem. You can get a nicer place some where elce for the same amount you spend here.
