Hard to believe she’s still in business.
Would NEVER work with this Broker again. Sent email to cancel the policy on 8/16 for cancelation. Nothing done, had to chase them down 10 days later. Now 9/8 no refund. Emailed office, response I received, "nothing we can do". I am now out of state. Called Great American Insurance and of course the can re-issue the check and send it to me. So frustrating.
Not sure if this will see the light of day because I’m sure she’ll find a way to remove it so she can look as good as she claims to be but after waiting for a month of trying to get insurance and emailing 14 times I was told that the paperwork was Sent to me and the bill was sent to me yet when I emailed 14 times nobody responded back to me and then Claim that she only talk to me on the phone and never emailed me.
