The Service I received was pitiful. They charge you to tell you that you have to pay more for them to troubleshoot and diagnose things. Then they call it a diagnostic fee but give no diagnosis. They charged me 197.49 dollars to tell me that it would cost over 3K to pull my transmission and tear it apart to find out what the problem is. The problem is now corrected- it was a faulty PSOM in the gauge cluster.
