I love laurel Ford and Kia’s fast lane
Took almost 6 months to get my car back from the shop. Given the run around. Hung up on. Finally got car back on July 25 after having dropped it off on February 5 2025 I think. The only positive I will say is that two weeks ago. The service manager Aaron P gave us a car to drive since we had been using someone else's car this whole time. He was amazing. Other than that. I won't be back to do any business with laurel ford. I would probably walk before coming back.
I trust Laurel ford to do the maintenance on my car. I bought my car from them. I would not carry it anywhere else. They are no.1.
Fast service. The only service dealer I use.
Belinda, was my sale preson and she did a outstanding job helping us find a car today. She was the best go and see her at laurel Ford lincoln and kia she was amazing
