Starkly more negative experience than previous times. I think they've had a change in staff. They started charging 3% on credit card purchases. I shopped it after the fact and I could have gotten a new battery installed for less (that's my fault... but when you need a battery, the instinct is just to get it fixed). Way too expensive. My battery all in cost $460. I did have a coupon for $50 so that helped. Will be shopping for tires soon to find the best deal and I wonder how ford will rate in that search.
