I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Laurel Fertility Clinic. After trying for some time and dealing with the challenges that come with being 42 and overweight, I walked into the clinic feeling nervous but hopeful. STAY AWAY from speaking with Marisela or whatever her name is. She is the WORST! she gave me the biggest lecture of blowing up the phone lines and accused me of calling SEVEN times when I only called twice. The only reason for the second call was because i was hung up on the first time. She would not let me explain myself and when i said "this is crazy", she flipped out and said she was going to transfer me to the office manager. Very thankful for the staff and Dr. Smirkle. My husband and I had a long journey, very emotional and challenging but we felt supported along the way. Now we have a beautiful and very healthy 3-month-old baby We'll be forever grateful!!!

I have to agree with several other reviewers comments about how disorganized these folks are. My wife's coordinator would frequently forget to pass along time sensitive changes to her medication, started her on incorrect dosages, mishandled labs, etc.
