I cannot recommend Lorna Yates highly enough. From our very first conversation, I felt heard, supported and confident that I was in the best possible hands. Lorna's attitude, ego, and lack of self respect for herself was an obvious tell that this firm was not for our family. Dismissive, rude, condescending, failed to follow simple instructions.. Lorna was insufferable. This firm is small, unorganized, and from my personal experience.. a scam. Luckily I'm in a position where I can afford the $1000 they took for no work (retainer, they had access). Do not leave any kind of retainer with this company. They will scam you.
