I have been a patient for over 12 years and because of the Continued disrespect from the front desk I will no longer be a patient. I will be taking myself, 9 children and the 6 patients I sent there with me. I explained how poorly I was treated by the front staff and nothing was done. Not a phone call, email, Nothing. That right there was enough for me to walk away. The lady at the front is plain rude, Nasty and has absolutely no customer service. My family and I have been coming here for years, my sister, mother, grandfather, father, brother, the doctors are professional and give excellent care. However the customer service from front desk is horrible. Just trying to make an appointment is such an ugly experience. I can't continue to be a loyal patient anymore.
My Family & I Love I Care Doctor - Laurel Family Eyecare. The Team is always friendly & appointments are efficient. They offer a nice selection on Frames & reasonable prices. The atmosphere is calm & relaxing. I recommend them for eyecare as they make you feel like Family.
My annual eye exam was great! From my check-in phone call to my leaving the office, everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor is knowledgeable yet personable. Even choosing my glasses was fun. Their Covid-19 protocol was adhered to in a polite yet firm way. I've found my new eye doctor!
