I had a great experience at Laurel Family Dental, and the front desk team was a big part of why. Miranda was friendly and professional, making it quick and easy to schedule my next visit. Kim was equally wonderful — warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely taken care of from the moment I walked in. Together they made the whole visit easy and welcoming. It's clear this office has a front desk team that really cares about patients. Highly recommend!
Everytime I'm in the service is wonderful! Kimmie and Miranda have the best attitudes and take great care of you. Would recommend anyone to come here for their dental needs
We are regulars at this office. EVERYONE here is a absolutely AMAZING! My daughter has extreme dental anxiety. We have been to many offices this is the only place that works at her pace and keeps her calm. They really treat you like FAMILY here! We LOVE it. I can't say enough good things about this dental office! From the moment you walk in, Kimmie and Miranda greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. They're always friendly, helpful, and make scheduling appointments easy. Dr. Pollock is exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. Amazing people! Amazing work! I personally have had a lot of success with them. As someone that gets a lot of work done I definitely recommend Dr. Pollock and his absolutely amazing assistant Jessica. Very good with kids as I have been coming here for 4 years.
