Dr. David Chance, (now retired) damaged my nerve while preparing a crown. I immediately complained was told it would go away. It has been a couple years now of living hell. Every time I eat my tooth/nerve triggers a reaction with a saliva gland which swells up followed by several hours of excruciating pain and habitual downing of pain killers... I'm sure the good doctor sleeps well at night, I sure don't !
