As far as The Care goes here, they get five stars. It’s absolutely an amazing place to be in. As far as the food goes, they get five stars. The reason I only gave them two stars is because they lost some of my clothing while I was there and instead of taking responsibility for it, they just blew me off and treated it like it was nothing. They got very nasty with me when I tried to get them to find my clothes and to replace them when they couldn’t. My mother was provided with the best possible care. The nursing staff consists of the most amazing, dedicated, compassionate, skilled professionals who ensure their patients are comfortable, well cared for and loved. The staff made sure my mother was properly showered and clean. She even gained a little weight because the food is amazing! Kudos to the chefs! My father passed away recently. He spent the last 2 years of his life as as resident of Laurel Creek. I visited regularly and spent many days and hours with him there. I am very positively impressed with the quality of care at Laurel Creek. The staff are professional, caring and patient. Their duties are not easy, but they carry them out well, often providing warm, friendly contact with residents.
