Do not rent! Electric is buggy... lights randomly go out (even brand new), garage door works 50% of the time (had maintenance come out 4 times for this), no deadbolts on exterior doors which is illegal in ohio and can be picked in less than 5 sec with a credit card, washer and dryer are old and smell like mildew, management team is unresponsive and do not care, parking situation does not allow for visitors without blocking mail boxes... etc. Wish I could say my 1.5 year stay here was nice, but it has been anything but. As I live here, I can not say enough about the Messler family. 3 Generations! These are very nice living arrangements, Meticulously maintained. These are beautiful places, and are close to MANY attractions on West Main street. 1 Mile away. The family is top notch. All of them. Rent is affordable. 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a huge master bedroom and 2 master closets. 2 car garage. All brick and mortar. Covered back porch. 2500 square feet. 97 % fuel efficient. Good houses, well maintained and a little bit expensive. But, it is ok
I’ve lived here for 9 months and have zero complaints. Good value. Maintenance has been very responsive.
More so a Question, does this places allow pets?, from the looks of the pics this place is nice
