My friend lives here. Bug infested. Poor management and they do inspections every month. Raise the rent every 6 months
I mean read through the reviews from the past year or two on here for yourself. Betsy and Mike are gone so things have changed so ignore reviews past 3yrs ago. Current management clearly does not even care about the tenants living there if you read the review from a resident stating the manager is never around or in the office. I've lived here three years they don't keep their word the manager is never in office and I've tried to upgrade to a two-bedroom since I got pregnant they say on the top of the list to get one but both times they lied and said they'll give me information on how to switch then give it to someone else
My family and I have lived here for the past 10 years, and probably will for around 2 more years. Your experience here will depend on the resident manager, some are bad, some are really good.
