Laurel has a strong healing energy that guided me through grief. Her welcoming, non-judgmental and calm demeanor made me feel comfortable opening up about my trauma. Revisiting old wounds was tough, but she showed me the power of reframing how I looked at it to break the cycle so I could begin to heal. She taught me simple, yet effective, techniques to lessen severe panic attacks while also providing me with the tools to find balance on my own. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Beautiful little studio and Laurel is an excellent teacher. I truly enjoyed my time there and felt light in spirit and clear headed after a lovely gong sound healing and acudetox session.
