As usual prompt, professional and well done
I purchased my X1 in 2016 and have had very good service interactions. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have had positive service experiences these past few years except for one thing - the car washing. I had a substantial service where they had my car for two weeks and when I went to pick it up - it's very dirty. This has happened more than once. It's just disappointing but the more important piece is that the car is fixed without issue with very friendly & efficient interactions.

They're the most friendly, relationship oriented sales and service organization in the area. I especially like working with Andre De Vera in sales and have done four transactions with him in the past 2 years. Their service department is tops, too. I had a CPO 7-series oil change yesterday and they were prompt and fast. I imagine making future BMW purchases here.
