ZERO STARS for taking two weeks to deliver a purchase agreement; delivering a car that despite a 125-point Inspection Check List couldn't pass inspection due to a broken windshield cleaning pump; failing to disclose after-market suspension that requires repair to fix the rear tire rub; and taking two weeks and a day to deliver a title, leaving me with insufficient time to register, repair, and inspect the car before its temporary plates expired. Ugh.

We got totally ripped off on our trade in: should have walked away, but the used Pathfinder was a great car with super low miles on it. The only gave us $5000 for our car that was worth $7000; Two days later they were selling our car for over $10,000
