horrible dealership , it was great while owned by laurel motors , now once autonation purchased its total garbage , autonation don't care about customers or employees all they care how to make big profit , i drive to elmhurst bmw for all my repairs they family owned dealership and very honest and proffesional , stay away from laurel bmw westmont they so expensive and ripp off

First and last car I’m buying from you guys. Took my 19 X5 for tire check and you guys did tire rotation and alignment that I did not ask for. Felt I was being held hostage, either pay 309 or you won’t get you car. BTW called few mechanics and all of them agreed no alignment is necessary for a car with 12k miles on it. Never again will you see my $$$

It was a good experience. I am in St Louis. The deal was completed by phone and email. By air ti Chicago and was picked up at 8:00 am. Closed the purchase at 10:00 and was on my way home. The BMW was as represented and closing was smooth.
