Tony Scanlon is an incredible service adviser. I had a sunroof drain plug clog, which resulted in ice cold water pouring in to the passenger seat of my X5. Even though I had no appointment, Tony fit me in to a busy Saturday schedule and got the issue resolved. I am truly grateful for this, as I was turned away from another local BMW dealership earlier that morning (who could only set me up with an appointment 5 days later). The service advisor James Randall was very helpful and attentive. I would not recommend this dealership, however, due to the response I received from Richard Stoll, New Vehicle Sales Manager. He was rude, very dismissive and unsympathetic to my needs concerning a salesman who misrepresented the vehicle I purchased. I left Mr. Stoll a message as well and he never returned my call. Poor response to customer satisfaction and need.
Michael Buzzelli was my service writer. Michael Buzzelli did a fantastic job. He is always available to talk and explain the process. I am really happy about my car after taking it to him. This is the best dealership in Chicago. They just remodeled the entire store so lots of stalls for repairs making more appointments available for everyone. They always have a loner car so you can get out of there and back to work in a new bmw while they fix your car. great spot
