Our salesman Brendan Dorsey was great, very professional and efficient. We were treated very well and the whole process of buying and picking up the car went smoothly.

Customer Service is great, service prices r high.
I brought my 2019 BMW 330i in last week for a routine oil change. Unfortunately the service took significantly longer than expected. To their credit, the staff apologized, refunded the oil change, and offered a complimentary interior and exterior detail to make up for the inconvenience. I returned this week for the detail, but the result was disappointing. When I picked up the car, there were still obvious salt stains on the driver-side carpet under the seat. This is for the service area only. I have had 2 consecutive bad service department encounters now. This last visit was just horrendous. Some of it was their issue some of it was a defective replacement part. The part they did have control over was just plain bad customer service. Their timing in calling me back in to pick up my car was handled poorly. I waited at the dealership for an additional 60 minutes to get my car when I was told the car was ready to be picked up.
