DO NOT purchase the Ultra Care plan with your certified used car. I had the same experience as Marhya Osheaski who also does not recommend service. I have the BMW Ultra Care plan that I paid an extra $4000+ when I purchased the certified used car. This is above and beyond the basic plan which I also purchased. Although it states “all preventive maintenance” is cover with this plan there was $1600 of maintenance that was not covered. This location along with BMW Advisor, James Randall, always provide top notch and consistent customer service. James Randall cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are satisfied with their service. The facility is fairly new, contemporary, clean, and welcoming.
This dealer and their service team is the best. I have purchased many cars from them and I am very confident that they know what I like in my cars and present me with good choices. The service team has taken car of all the cars and maintained them perfectly.
I purchased a 2017 x5 certified pre owned vehicle last February and have driven about 8000 miles. I brought it in today for an oil change and the service advisor presented me with a 1500 dollar estimate for service. The service items were 90 percent labor costs to “check out the car”. I am extremely disappointed in my first service experience and will not be back.
