Every time I go there I feel it is a scam in progress. I took my BMW X 5 e45 2023 , to them at 8000 miles , they rotated tires and balanced them( unnecessarily ) charged me over 700$ ! This supposedly free oil change. Every time they push for unneeded “fix” Customers , beware ! Now I don’t have to deal with them anymore! Bunch of crooks.
My saleswoman Vesna was amazing, made the process super easy and quick got me the exact car I wanted!
