Sarah has been so helpful through this move into Laurel Bay!
Just moved and I'm loving it so far. Way better than where I was with Beal Properties. The only issue I have is the porch is caved in where you step up onto it and I would want anyone or myself to get hurt. It's a very hazardous situation

Now that I’ve received my security deposit after moving, I can leave an honest review. I take no pleasure in making this review, but it must be made. I moved into Laurel Bay in August of 2023. We had a date set for my move in, which was July 28th. When I received my key and went inside, the place was a nightmare. Dirty, no doors on any hinges, no mirror (just a hole in the wall) in the bathroom, no light fixtures on and again, dirty and the toilet was disgusting.
