Laureen Langer insisted on a CT scan of my mouth prematurely at 9 weeks after extraction. This was negligence on her part..it was way too early to do this. And the test did not reveal enough information and was inconclusive. I did not know this at the time but she did.I am now facing having no implant or another strong radiation CT scan prematurely which especially as a senior carries a 2 percent risk of cancer. On top of that she claimed to be a friend because we were neighbors.

Used to be a good practice until the recent merger with Dr. El Chaar. The new office staff is incompetent, they don't forward messages and fail to call in prescriptions. Unfortunately, Dr. Langer has now fallen into the overall dysfunction of this office. My advice is that you go elsewhere for your periodontic treatment.

DR LAUREEN LANGER UNFORTUNATELY INSISTS ALL PATIENTS ANSWER QUESTIONS IN A TINY 3' X 3' VESTIBULE WITH THE DOOR CLOSED. SINCE I'M HIGH RISK, I ASKED TO LEAVE DOOR TO THE STREET OPEN AND SHE REFUSED. SOCIAL DISTANCING BETWEEN CLERK ASKING QUESTIONS AND PATIENT IMPOSSIBLE. FELT VERY UNSAFE.

It was a fortunate day indeed when my wonderful longtime dentist sent me to Dr.Langer. I was rather frightened as I had been told I needed extensive work done. I was treated well by her staff and the office was beautiful and spotless. She put me at ease, and although her assessment was serious, she managed to reassure me. I spent 6 years having bone grafts, implants, sinus elevations. Dr. Langer is brilliant. She is very attentive, and therefore I was comfortable throughout the process.
