This nurse was everything I needed in that moment she even related to me on a personal level and helped me through my sickness as fast as possible I’m so grateful for her act of service and I would highly recommend her to anyone going through anything I was. Thank you so much Laureen you’re awesome!!!
I was cut off many times while speaking, told to get to the point, rushed, and very dismissive of my issues. I now understand I used an incorrect medical platform, and she was not able to do much, but the entire interaction I felt like I was a burden when all I want is help. That hurt.
