I went in wanting Paul Mitchells sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, but they only had liter size, plus I didn't want to spend 80+ for something I only needed for a couple of months. They suggested Joico color endure, a duo sale. Thinking they knew what they were talking about, I took it, even though it was bigger than I needed (liter size). After only one wash it caused my daughter's hair, which I just paid $165 to get done, to fade and discolor. When I called about a refund or exchange they said no, because it was a duo.... read more
After we looked through catalogues Kathy, the owner ordered a wig for me. When it arrived she spent several appointments with me styling and helping me feel comfortable wearing it. Kathy has been very patient and kind. I'm very grateful to her and her knowledgeable staff.
