Laura is very knowledgeable, helpful, great customer service. She takes her time on explaining, which I appreciated the most. Definitely recommend her.
Went in to get a title transfer. Even though it was close to closing, the ladies helped me and had patience with me. They were able to give me my new registration that same moment! Saved me the hassle of having to go to the DMV and was affordable.
My husband and I are so happy with Laura’s services! She explained everything in a way that we could understand, and she is incredibly knowledgeable! She was able to answer all of our questions. She even showed us practical ways of getting ahead of the game with our next year’s taxes! We are really happy and will continue coming here! Highly recommend! If I could rate her ten stars, I would!
No comment about the tax and travel services, but as a recognized California DMV partner, requesting $75 to transmit proof of insurance for renewed vehicle registration is a bit excessive IMO. Their phone service is prompt and friendly though, so some credit to that.
