My option is if you want a 5 star sit down flawless restaurant go somewhere else or stay home. Perfection doesn't exist. (Just reading other reviews) The food was awesome yesterday and yes the workers are younger kids who probably make a mistake here or there, but my order was still good, service was very polite and everyone on the patio including two police officers agreed we all had a great meal. Me and Hubs ate at Laura's for the first time today. Wow! Great burgers! Only complaint is too many fries!!! LOL! Gonna try the onion rings next time!
Would give higher based on the food but can't due to the rest. While standing in line I observed 2 complaints of wrong orders. Ours however were correct and GOOD! But I didn't care to see the young kid head into the storage shed, back into the kitchen, and back out to deliver food with his food service gloves on. Or the guy working on his truck and trailer in the lot then into the kitchen and back out with a hammer to work more. The best place to get a good burger and chilli cheese fries and shakes and lemonade.
We've eaten here before and loved every bite!! No so much this past Saturday....new help?? Order was totally screwed up and the onion rings were burnt!! Didn't have time to deal with it, so we ate them. We'll give them another try next time through the area.
If you need to take a shower after eating a burger, you know it's good. If the cooks are grumpy, you know they care. I'll be back for sure.
Stopped there after seeing signs that it had been voted the best burgers in Michigan. The food was good and they were very busy.
Excellent "Jalapeno Swiss" burger (as long as Laura is the one making it, lol), wife says the "Mushroom Swiss" is good too. And the fries: Just the way we Like Them. Finally, the service: GREAT! We rode all the way from Kalamazoo, and we'll do it again.
Best Olive burger ever and the fried pickles are my sons favorite.
