Do NOT USE THESE THIEVES. They stiffed us for a whole summer of prepaid yard care. They will not return calls or emails - ever. unethical and they flat out don't care. 6 weeks called them every day and they never responded. You are foolish if you use this company -like I was! Taking them to court - if they even exist anymore!

DO NOT USE LAURA'S LAWN & LANDSCAPE – I used Laura's for a least 4 years and the first 4 were fine. This year I prepaid $520. to get through the season. They quit coming in Sept. They DO NOT return phone calls or emails. Save your self some money and get someone that will actually mow your lawn.

I GOT GREAT SERVICE FROM LAURAS LAWN SERVICE – My name is Mark White and I have used Lauras Lawn Service for 5 years. I am very satisfied. When something is not done or missed I just email laura and she sends somebody right out. No She does not use the phone much as she asks everybody to email her as she is too busy to return calls. I have has nothing but good service from this business for 5 years. Best regards, Mark White

Dreadful Service! Unethical! Run From this Company! – I made the mistake of paying upfront for service. After dreadful service I tried to contact Laura, the owner. She "does not speak with customers!" The company refused to return my money for services not rendered. They clearly do not care about their customers' satisfaction and should not be in business!

NOT Recommended – One star rating (since it won't let you leave zero!!) Attempted to contract this lawn maintenance company to perform routine mowing. Complied with their instructions re: payment method. But no one ever came to do the work. When contacted, nothing but excuses (actually, accusations that either no one was home or no payment was left -- both patently false!!!). After multiple re-schedulings with still no work done, decided to check this site & very glad I did!

Not a good group – the first time they showed up i thought great. But when they left I was not happy - my yard looked like crap and they do not return calls. when they did, they said they would fix and they never did. please do not use this service. they should be shut down

they don't mow when they get paid and the worst customer service i have ever experienced! LAURA'S LAWN SERVICE - DO NOT USE THEM... BAD JOB, BAD SERVICE!!!!! Just wanted all my neighbors to know so they don't waste their money too!!

HORRIBLE company to deal with – Terrible customer service! Actually, there is no service. Prepayment is a joke as the workers will claim they have come to mow even though they haven't. No one will return your calls or emails. We have not received a refund for the prepayment nor did we receive lawn service. Terrible, terrible company to deal with and very dishonest!!!!

terrible service – i would not recommend this company, when a problem arises they will never call you back or email you. they defend their workers even when property is stolen and things get broken. if you pay ahead and they do not come out she will defend her workers and say they did, i always write down when they come out. they have broken my gate, ripped off the lattice i had on top of the gate so that my dog does not jump the gate and the guys just looked at me and laughed, the one guy just shrugged his shoulders. last y... read more
