I am giving them one star only because there were times when we were late with the rent and they worked with us as far as payment arrangements or what have you. When we asked to use our housing voucher at the apartment we were in, they all of sudden wanted to do an inspection of the apartment and the next day they served us with 2 eviction notice at the same time.
