We love Laura's Guardian Angels. Laura has helped my family for over three years in every way possible. She took on my mom's care which is complicated and right after Covid when it was difficult to find agencies. The pcas became our family. They cared for my parents with compassion, patience, and love. Laura provides professional, dependable, trustworthy, quality care. I will be forever grateful.
My mother was living with me and she had end stage dementia, so she was home with hospice. Laura and her group of “angels” came in and provided the support and care above and beyond hospice. She was prompt with all calls and txts. She explained the end stage of life, she educated her own staff on my mother’s “routine”, she was very professional but was kind and compassionate towards me and my mother. My 99 year old Mom had multiple health issues then fell and fractured her femur. After a 6 day hospital stay she came home needing round the clock care. I had no time to research home health care agencies but was given Laura's name as an agency that provided the services needed. I contacted her a few days before my Mom was to come home and she gave me the details of the services she and her staff would provide. Laura’s Guardian Angles were wonderful. We contacted Laura on Sunday and asked if she could provide assistance administering meds to my mom who was in hospice care and living in assisted living. She was able to schedule care to start on Monday morning at 8 am within a few hours. Laura and Jen were so caring with my mom, I knew I could go home and she would be in good hands that night.
