Easily one of the worst in Merced. Leasing agents are crummy. They don’t answer maintenance calls, deal with issues with the complex, or finish any projects. My rent was 680 when I moved in. My rent is now 1100 and rising. These people are crooks and GSF needs to get their asses back to the bay with these rent prices. I have a better chance of getting a response from them here, than I do by calling them directly.
