Ever since GSP took over, I'm sad to say that 22 years renting here is horrifying. I am low income and can't move from here. I wish I could. You don't want to rent here. No one is ever in the office. Always closed and mantainence is slow and not qualified to help with small tasks. Jason is decent. Great guy but the rest of the staff is terrible. Management is rude af
have been here 1 year, maintance been here 7 times, no hot water 3 times, couldnt close front door from building settling, im in wheelchair. charging me for a door they refused to take off when i asked and they refuse to put in ramps to get off 8 inch curbs to get safly away from building in case of emergancy. 5 other tenants also stuck on front of buildings. tried to work with manager and was told about the ramps, "Many have tried and all have failed"
