Ever since GSP took over, I'm sad to say that 22 years renting here is horrifying. I am low income and can't move from here. I wish I could. You don't want to rent here. No one is ever in the office. Always closed and mantainence is slow and not qualified to help with small tasks. Jason is decent. Great guy but the rest of the staff is terrible.
