Called the Adena nurse practitioner line and was transferred to this doctor. She took forever to pick up and when she did. She was heard asking someone what they wanted to drink. Background noise so loud and laughing. We asked if she was laughing. She said she was at the movies with her family and laughed again. We said shouldn’t you step away for a moment? Rude and dismissive. So unprofessional. If this is how she conducts herself, I would never have her as my doctor.

Doctor Wills has cared for both of my children ages 5 and 7 since birth. She has always been kind and helpful. In our experience she only suggests additional testing if it's medically necessary. Her intentional/thoughtful questions show how much she truly cares about the children. Also my kids feel safe with her. I was a K teacher before staying home with my babies... as an educated professional I can assure you Doctor Wills is great!

This doctor is very dismissive. I feel rushed when I see her and she never asks if I questions or concerns about my baby, and as a new mom I have quite a bit. We’re changing pediatricians to someone who will hopefully be a better fit for us.
