I recently did a Hypno Therapy session with Laura and it was a great tool to add to my mental health tool box. The environment and pacing makes it very easy to dive in and I wholeheartedly believe that this would be either a great starting point if you have never tried therapy or a supplemental form of therapy if you are already doing the work.

Laura is one of the most experienced, well-trained, and knowledgeable therapists I've met. She approaches clients in a calm, organic way that provides incredible comfort and a safe space to share. Processing grief and trauma is nearly impossible on your own, but she's so skilled at walking you through it. I can't recommend her enough!

I recently had a hypnosis session with Laura, and the experience was truly amazing. From the moment the session started I felt comfortable and at ease.
