After a “not-so-great” experience at another jeweller, John & Laura came to our rescue! The first spot we were working with told us the ring would be ready at 6-8 weeks but after 8 weeks with a sub-par render, we knew we had to find someone else. Highly recommend! Amazing communication, and they are very friendly and personal. You can feel that the workers are passionate about what they do, and are very helpful in every step of the way. I was working with John on getting my partners engagement ring, and he was pleasant to work with, bringing good vibes with him. My now fiancée approves of the ring 💍

We had something very specific in mind, a piece that would take over duty from an engagement ring that was also a very important family heirloom. We also had no idea how to make that happen. John and Laura were compassionate, friendly and understanding right from the start. They made the process very collaborative, but also perfectly translated our ideas and emotions into a new heirloom.
