In the year I have been her patient I have only seen her three times even though I have had 4 IUI’s and countless sonograms. My husband and I recently had a consultation with her about moving on to IVF. A month ago I had a miscarriage from conceiving naturally. Our pathology report showed that the miscarriage was suggestive of a partial molar pregnancy. Dr. Lawrence is a wonderful doctor. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and realistic. She is a fast talker and mover, but don’t let that fool you - she is on the ball and she cares about you and your specific situation. I have never had a doctor weep with me... ever. Dr. Lawrence wept with my husband and me over the sad state of affairs we found ourselves in. She is thorough. She does not try to coerce you into doing anything you are not 100% comfortable with. I really cannot recommend her enough.
I recommend Dr. Lawrence and her nurses. Dr. Lawrence is extremely knowledgable, informative, and has the patient's best interest in mind. I recently had a successful retrieval with this team. All of my eggs retrieved through IVF were fertilized and we are hopeful for the results. Dr. Lawrence's nurse, Kelly Moore, was amazing throughout the process. She was extremely warm-hearted and available to answer all questions. Together, they make a great team and I highly recommend them through an IVF retrieval.
I could not say anything but positive comments here. I saw Dr. Lawrence for nearly ten months and was always impressed with how she would address the concerns of myself and my husband - no matter how many google black holes I had fallen down (stay off the internet when trying to conceive!!). At one point I had to call the on call service on a Sunday night. I got a call back within 30 minutes from someone at the practice, but half an hour after that Dr Lawrence called me personally.
Dr. Lawrence is wonderful, super dedicated and very professional. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Lawrence (DFW Fertility Assoc.) is careless and incompetent. After my HSG, she pointed out a possible blockage, but she said she wasn't worried about it and recommended I go straight to IUIs to see what's going on in there. Then, she apparently didn't read my chart and listed off all of the other treatments she had already done with me (I had only been to a consult at that point). I promptly found a more competent, experienced doctor who would not put me at risk of an ectopic pregnancy.
