Laura Swinden was Amazing!! From the very first time we met we knew she was the one that was going to do everything in her power to sell our home, if we had any questions she was always there for us with the answer, we were worried about the inspection and the appraisal, she was the calming voice that we needed, we couldn’t have done it without Laura!! The Swinden team was respectful, even with my time. Laura was on target with pricing the home and kept me informed of every step along the way. My wife and I recently completed a stay at a mid-term rental owned by Laura. She was a very responsive and attentive landlord from the start and communication was smooth and prompt. Any issues that we reached out with were handled in a timely manner and she made sure that we felt at ease with the home and the area. I would highly recommend Laura's services and would rent from her again if in the area.
It was great to work with Laura and her team on the sale of our house in Grayslake. The team gave great advice on packing up the home and once it was cleared out, staged it very appropriately. They had several events that brought through a lot of traffic and ultimately found a buyer in a short amount of time. We would strongly recommend Laura to anyone looking for a realtor.
