Our family will follow Dr. Senator wherever she goes. She has fully earned our trust over the past 8.5 years. She's personable and professional, always spends time answering all of your questions, and never rushes through a visit. Our boys are always happy to see her and I always appreciate her interactions with us. I can't say enough good things about her! We feel very fortunate to have found her and wish her all the best in the new practice!!
My children have been patients of Dr Senator for 17 years. She has the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever experienced! She has always made my boys feel comfortable and takes time with us at every appointment. I’ve never walked away from her with lingering doubts or questions. She is caring, thorough, and so friendly and personable. We love her!
Very poor billing practices and rude billing department personnel. Over charges for a 10 minute office visit.
Prior to involvement of big Corporation few years ago, this practice was one of the best in the area. The Drs. were readily available to answer non-emergency inquiries over the phone, never rushed, and staff was friendly. This all gradually changed under new management; most of the time, i was scheduled to see the Physicians assistant, difficult to get over the phone advice for minor chronic non-er inquiry, no newborn hospital visits in summer. Great docs, inconvenient office policies.
Not a professional office whatsoever, I don't have complains about the doctors, they are average, nothing to complain or be happy about. The front desk staff and office manager are rude and incompetent. We ended up paying out of pocket fees to the insurance company due to their scheduling mistake.
