I recently moved to the Bay area and was looking for a good hair stylist. Laura was professional and friendly. I was able to schedule an appointment with her through text, as calling did not work. She was very responsive through text and I was able to get my haircut scheduled right away. She understood right away what style and cut I was looking for.
