Pros: -Treatment is very efficient -The notifications for upcoming appointments are timely and well done. -When arriving, logging in is quick. Cons: -The waiting room is very small and can get crowded -Probably the main con is the aggressive selling of various items. My experience largely left a negative taste in my mouth. My comment of "let me think it over" when offered about expensive treatment ($400) was overruled by the chiropactor who lectured me and I was uncomfortable. Dr Laura is one of the best Chiropractor I have ever seen. Very knowledgeable in nutrition as well.
