My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience working with this business to customize my dream ring. I had a very specific idea that was sort of a blend between two ring designs they offered, and they were more than willing to work together to make my vision a reality. They were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process and I have received hundreds of compliments from friends, strangers, and passersby just getting a glimpse at my ring. Laura Preshong and her team are the best of the best. We feel SO well taken care of every time we are there. We were between them and a few other jewelers for our engagement rings, but when we were there we felt so important and like family and we didn’t go anywhere else. Our engagement rings and wedding bands are all from LP! They were incredibly accommodating for us, too, and are always so kind. Definitely(!!) My wife and I have had our LP rings for four years now, and still absolutely love them! We had a great experience shopping in store, and even though I was indecisive, the staff worked with me to build my perfect ring. I wear mine every day and have had zero issues, and the prong checks that the store offers give me a lot of peace of mind. My wedding band is also perfect.
