We recently sold our beloved home on Lake Conroe. It was a difficult decision and could have been a terribly difficult process, except that Laura Powers was beside us all the way. From the moment we met her, we could see that we were in the hands of a compassionate, competent, and confident professional. Laura listened to us and helped us forge a path that met our needs and the market’s parameters. She helped us present our property in the best possible light and to the best possible market. We were fortunate to be neighbors, friends and clients of Laura. Nancy and I, between us, moved more than 30 times in our working careers and have never been lucky enough until now to be represented in such a professional, engaging way. Tried to coordinate a property tour. Agent was not responsive.
Laura and her team from start to end were amazing! Talking to Laura is like getting a warm mom hug. We are moving from out of town, so she toured us around the town and helped us fall in love with The Woodlands. Through the buying process she was very knowledgable of the ins and outs of a quality home, maintenance and construction. We walked away from the purchase of our home feeling like we got a great home and aware of any work that needs to be done on it. I can’t recommend Laura enough!
I have been working with Laura Powers for years and she is extremely professional, knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Laura Powers Property Group for all your high end real estate needs!
