She doesn't do her job like she is supposed to plus didn't tell me that she wasn't going to be at the hospital the Same day every month
I would give 0 stars if I could. I traveled from out of town to accompany my mother to this appointment, expecting she would finally receive proper care and some answers. Instead, the experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. The doctor did not introduce herself or acknowledge me at all, which immediately felt unprofessional. More importantly, her bedside manner was poor—she was dismissive, rushed, and did not take the time to fully listen to or evaluate my mother’s concerns. This place is a joke. I’ve tried for months to get a callback on my husbands lab results. I have called over and over and get someone to call me back. He didn’t qualify for the study they recommended for him so we were ghosted.
