I've been going to this shop for over a decade. I'm noticing a significant lack of validity and grace in some of the reviews. This is the most professional and kind nail shop I've ever been to. If there is an issue, simply addressing it in a respectful tone works. Customers need to understand that just because you are paying doesn't mean you can be rude. I’ve been coming to this shop for the past few years and it’s top tier! Any hand design that I bring to laura she executes effortlessly! When my wrist was injured, she adjusted to make me comfortable! Laura’s the best hands down 🫶
