I’ve had a wonderful experience with this practice overall. The staff are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about the people they work with. The therapists are very professional, empathic, kind, and caring. I highly recommend Frederick SLP.
We came to Frederick SLP to receive speech services for our child with high hopes. But left in disappointment. Upon arrival we were never greeted as staff members entered and exited the office. Emilia who did our intake at the front desk didn’t let us know she was the speech therapist we would be working with. It was only until I asked her name after she had already walked us back to the room we would be in. The way Emilia interacted with our child was cold and unwelcoming.
