I don't like this doctor at all. She was involved in my mother's care during her final hospitalization. She was very cold the way she told me they couldn't do anything to help her, and to start thinking about 'other outcomes'. She came across heartless and almost cruel. I don't ever want her near me or anyone in my family again. She has soured me toward doctors and hospitals in this city.
Dr. Michaud is a wonderful physician. She's intelligent, honest, and to the point, which is something I appreciate when it comes to my medical care and my provider. When it comes to my health, I don't need things to be sugar coated. She always does what's in the best interest of her patients. I would highly recommend her.
