I've been with Doctor McGowan for over 5 years now. And I have issues with my back.That needs surgery, Doctor mcgowan prescribes me opioids for thirty days and then drops me as a patient because I asked for a refill. She is a very rude Doctor that only cares about her own well being and not taking into consideration how other people are in pain. I will never recommend anybody to this practice and I feel for all the patients that are under her care now.

Bottom of the barrel as they say, but "even C's get Degrees" and you'll never find a top of the class physician here in Lockport. Nice enough Doctor, but primaries really don't do much these days. The office staff is incompetent at best and office management is no better. The new location is nothing more than lipstick on a pig, same substandard hospital and staff but in a new package. I'm sorry I even gave this practice the chance.

At first she seemed like a refreshing breath of fresh air. I have had many problems with other doctors but she seemed to be the exception to that. However, she ended up being the exact same as my other doctors. She had me on a small dose of hydrocodone and raised it up to the highest strength. I was on the same dose for two years.
