This was my 6 month checkup. First time to see Laura McDermott. Was very kind knowledgeable and reviewed my charts before she came in. Answer all my questions. The person that did my vitals was so kind and friendly. Felt like home. Yes the lady that did my labs was also super great and the front desk was great. This is the first time in awhile that the atmosphere has changed for the better. Thank you so much for caring.
Had a great experience with this provider. They were efficient and knowledgeable. I felt like she really cared about me as a person and a patient and we had great rapport from the start. She was problem focused, but made sure to have me set up an appt to address additional concerns. I feel like this provider is a great addition to the healthcare team and environment.
