I have been a patient of Dr Massey for years and love the attention and care she give. She has great bedside manners and cares about my health. I feel very secure in her diagnoses and will continue to be a patient.
Worst doctor I have ever seen in my lifetime. She walked into the room already in a hurry to get me out. She interrogates you with questions and if you don't have quick responses she extremely rude. Also the staff is horrible there as well. Not once did i feel welcomed literally left the place crying because of how horrible they treated me.
I have used Dr. Massey for several years now and am always satisfied with the care I have been given. Her staff are quick to make my appointments as soon as possible, often same day. Dr. Massey is friendly and always explains everything to me in simple language.
Been at this clinic for 28 years...longer than this provider. Never had any issues until recently...I’m taking a cholesterol med that had run out of refills due to scheduling error on their part. I called for refill (my appt is a week away) and was told to abruptly stop taking it by her Lpn because “my lab might still be ok” I’m a nurse practitioner and stopping a statin throws you at risk for stroke and mi so it’s not “okay” needless to say run from this clinic. Horrible regard for pt safety
With so many options in the Conway area I would certainly choose another option.
I've been seeing Dr. Massey since she started at the Conway Medical Clinic. She has provided terrific treatment, listens, helps to explore options and receptive to my choice of specialists should I need one. When issues with staff have arisen she has been helpful in directing me to the right person for resolution. The office is cold in the winter time.

Dr. Massey is the best doctor I have ever had. I recommend her to everyone. Her nurses and staff are super knowledgeable as well as friendly.
Dr. Massey always listens to my problem, she is willing to take the extra steps and run the test to get the answer. I love the ease of getting an appointment and having a great doctor.
