We have had two NICU babies and Dr. Cerny is one of two doctors that really did some amazing work! She was very good at analyzing, listening to our concerns, and having an immense amount of empathy for our situation despite having many many other patients to take care of. She is an amazing human and an incredible doctor. Trust that you are in good hands if Dr. Cerny is taking care of your NICU warrior or shield maiden. :)
