We highly recommend Laura and her team to stage anyone's home! She was easy to communicate with and was thorough in her walk through of our home, determining what should stay and what she would add to it. She was available for questions throughout the process and was easy to work with. When we saw the photos of our home after she staged it, it was beautifully done and it attracted many people to view our house. We truly believe her staging helped sell our house!
Laura is the best. Every flip that we sell we use her staging. And I have used her with a number of my clients. Laura did an amazing job staging my mother's condo for sale! From the beginning, she was honest, helpful, friendly and professional. I wasn't sure at first if it would make that big a difference but I am truly impressed, but not surprised, that it resulted in getting 67.5K over our asking price! We had Laura come and stage a house we were going to put on the market. She made it look exactly like I always wanted it to look! We got more than 24 showings in less than 24 hours! I know her wonderful work was definitely useful and showing off the beauty of our little house. I would highly recommend Laura!
Laura is fantastic. She came over a year ago and provided suggestions and specifics about updates i could make - including paint color, etc. we were looking for general consulting on our home decor. We then later planned to move and she came over, moved furniture, brought furniture, picked up a few things. And completely staged every room in our home. It is stunning. It sold in 48 hours. I’m convinced her eye for detail and design contributed to our very quick sell.
